Vegan Waffles (3 ingredients)

Tell me what’s better than cooking delicious recipes without needing a lot of ingredients? Yes, it’s all about making things easy ’cause nowadays we don’t have much time, we have things to do like school, work, meetings, kids, etc… and that’s perfect! but, sometimes, because of that we forget to eat right, nourishing food but I’m here to save you babyyy! So stop worrying, I got your back.

Mornings are beautiful, I usually crave for some sweetness and I love mixing things up, I discover great things coming out of simplicity. That’s why with just 3 ingredients I make my waffles, fast, healthy and delicious. So I hope you can try them too! (I highly recommend)

  • 1 banana
  • 1 cup of oatmeal flour
  • 3/4 cup of mylk

    I don’t buy oat flour, I make my own, it’s much better, it’s so easy. Just put oats on the blender until it’s powder, as easy as that. Also… there are times when I add vanilla extract to the mixture and it tastes so good too, you can also add a little bit or cinnamon. I used almond mylk but I like them with coconut mylk as well.
